The Lipton Lunch Club project is another success in the HLabs & Time Out partnership

Project of the month: The Lipton Lunch Club

Bringing ‘funshine’ to your lunchtime this summer! We created this fresh and colourful experience for the Lipton Lunch Club Project in collaboration with our clients at Time Out.

Our goal? To engage the reader through vibrant design and a dynamic user experience. We used coordinated map and list buttons, subtle parallax effects on headers, shaky motion effects, and a scalable template with a unified UI that brought a variety of colour and assets.

We even delivered ahead of schedule—now that's efficiency!

How chatbots can improve customer experience

We're dedicated to finding and testing new tech at HLabs and lately we've been exploring how chatbots can revolutionise how businesses boost their customer service.

One of our favourite finds? Voiceflow's no-code platform. It's a breeze to use and lets us customise chatbot solutions quickly. No coding headaches, just pure creative flow.

Case 1: The Travel and Hospitality Hero

We created a chatbot for a client that dishes out the latest city buzz and events. No more endless searching – just quick, digestible answers that save users 60% of their time!

Case 2: The Construction Client's Lifesaver

We built a smart chatbot that analysed over 40 pages of dense financial data and displayed it in bitesize chunks. Investors and execs can now get quick insights and trend comparisons without the brain drain. 90% of users said it made the report easier to understand.

We can’t wait to see how chatbots continue to revolutionise customer experiences.

Did you miss the eclipse? We didn't!

When Atlas Obscura shared the Countdown for the Eclipse project, we were over the moon (pun intended)! Tight deadlines and creative freedom had us buzzing, so we dove in with an agency-wide brainstorming using the Crazy Eight technique.

“Nobody can move a total eclipse deadline, so we had to adapt and work within those constraints.”
